Draw yourself as a cartoon character

1. Take a photo of yourself without the flash.

2. Using your pencil, draw the shape of you head.

3. Place the vertical and horizontal lines.

4. Place eyes

5. Divide the space below the eye line into thirds.

6. Divide the space above into thirds

7. Add ears

8. Refine the cheeks and chin if needed.

9. Add lips

10. Add eye lids/lashes

11. Hair

12. Using your black marker outline your drawing using long smooth strokes, no short choppy lines.

13. Upload to the cartoon head discussion board.

*DO NOT ADD COLOR

*Make sure to upload the photos you used for the head drawings

*Due tomorrow morning at the start of class.
